On December 4, 2016, the Launching Ceremony of Green Legal Global Alliance & Seminar on "Building a Green Three-dimensional Legal Ecology Circle" sponsored and hosted by Beijing DOCVIT Law Firm kicked off in Beijing. As the representative of sponsored unit of the alliance, Mr. Zhang Wenhai, president of Wenhai Huizhi Innovation and Technology Research Institute, attended the ceremony and delivered a keynote speech.

A core concept of Green Legal Global Alliance is innovation, because I have been doing research on innovative approaches. In recent years, when it comes to innovation, people are very familiar with it, from the state level to the enterprise and even to the individual, innovation has been placed in an important position. However, many people are still very confused in the implementation process of innovation, because there is no way, so they can only rely on flash of insight, bitter meditation and non-stop trial and error.

Independent innovation, methods shall go first; in fact, innovation has a set of rigorous theoretical system, called innovation method, also known as TRIZ theory, our research institute is now carrying out research and promotion of innovative method.

What problems can be solved by innovation? It can solve the problem of management innovation and technology innovation, which not only allows you to find the problem in time, at the same time to break through the original inertial thinking with the effective ways and find a right way to solve the problem, it can also help you find the law to solve the problem, grasp the rules of technical planning and accurately predict the future development trend. Especially many of you present here work on enterprise, investment or academic research, technological evolution has the same law as biological evolution and social evolution, they all have their own evolutionary rules and development paths.

The evolution of technology has eight evolution rules, ten development paths, under the guidance of rules and paths, a complete evolutionary tree map of the evolution of a product can be established, it can accurately guide the direction of innovation, like the GPS of innovation, which is critical to us investors and enterprise decision makers.

It is the oriented map of technology, like a map in front of us, which is clear, visible with accurate positioning, and more able to guide enterprises or industry to complete the layout of intellectual property rights; the process of carrying out research and innovation is also a process of resolving contradictory problems; while the traditional innovation mode still rely on bitter meditation or non-stop trial and error, even flash of insight, the TRIZ innovation approach can provide us with a clear and direct solving idea. To solve innovation problems, there are 40 innovative principles, 76 standard solutions, four separation principles, nine screen methods, STC operator, goldfish method, the final ideal solution, wisdom SIMS method, and the use of a lot of innovative tools such as scientific effects, knowledge base and so on. Some time ago, in the final of National Innovation Method Competition, I served as a judge. I have a lot of insights in the process of competition, many enterprises have the same insights, that is: by means of innovative methods, though the investment is the least, the output is the largest.

In short, today I want to give you a message, that is, do not rely on bitter meditation in the process of innovation, you must rely on the method. The method is already there and is scientific. Whether to lead our own enterprise products or make an investment plan, we must think about whether this product, technology is in line with the technical development rules, whether it is on the nodes of these technology evolutions, is it stand in the future and lead the development of this industry or still chasing behind the industry and picking up what others have discarded and cherished as a treasure? This is a very good warning for many enterprises and investment individuals.
