On December 4, 2016, the Launching Ceremony of Green Legal Global Alliance & Seminar on "Building a Green Three-dimensional Legal Ecology Circle" sponsored and hosted by Beijing DOCVIT Law Firm kicked off in Beijing. Mr. Jin Dong, chairman of the board of China Medical Media Group and representative of the sponsored unit of the alliance, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

Hello, my topic for today's speech is about calling for the lawyers of the legal profession to turn to the medical industry from the traditional lawyer profession. I've been in the medical industry for more than 20 years, and I'm going to talk about some views from medical perspective.

First, I think there will be a large number of listed companies in the domestic medical industry in the future, because it is so rapid for a medical product and a medical patent to be productized and marketized. The medical engineering in the United States is even more popular than lawyer, since it has better career prospects.

So, in the next 20 years, it will be a very big hot spot. This industry is in extreme need of legal support, since doctors and medical engineers are busy with work and have weak awareness of safeguarding their rights & interests, lacking professional lawyers providing services to them. Therefore, there is a great demand for legal services.

Second, the medical legal consulting industry. You know, in Europe and the United States, the medical legal consulting industry is very large. However, in the Chinese legal medical consulting industry, the number of lawyers entering a truly professional lawyer team is very small. So, we have a slogan called "connectivity creates value". WeChat doesn't do anything, but it can create huge value, the marginal value we just mentioned, which is realized just through connecting hundreds of millions of people. Integration is greater than creation. In fact, we call on the medical community to unite with the elites of the law circle. This is a very good market for win-win cooperation, which is in urgent need of legal protection.

Third, the future development volume of the medical market is very large. So, it is not just beneficial for the country and people that we lawyers enter into the medical industry, since I hold that nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards, and the intersection without traffic lights is the most congested intersection. Where there is no law, there is no justice.

The more a place like this, the more rules it takes. So, I think from the industry point of view, the earlier you enter in advance, the better choice it is for the alliance and other industries. Therefore, we also hope that the Green Legal Global Alliance can cooperate with us more.

Fourth, oversea medical capital has flooded into China in large quantity. China is an incremental market, while Europe, the United States and Japan are capacity markets. The per capita equipment possession of China is not enough at present, so, the number of hospitals and beds is constantly on the increase. This reflects that the demand for the entire medical industry is very strong. With the increase in medical hospitals, medical equipment will also increase with supplies to be increased. I believe that a large number of American enterprises are springing up in China.

However, after entering into China, the American enterprises find what bothers them most is China's CFDA. For those foreigners, the whole set of procedures of CFDA, Chinese market system and China's agency system are very difficult to understand. Similarly, they do not understand China's medical practices, public hospitals and private hospitals as well as various systems, so they need China's legal consulting services very much.

Therefore, I think medical care is a place of golden treasure, and with the large amount of overseas medical capital entering China, I think the law circle should make good preparations.

Fifth, industry standards. I think the medical equipment industry is very short of standards, which, as a result, will cause a lot of chaos. So, I call on the Green Legal Global Alliance to play the core role of the law and to set standards for health care.
