He has long been engaged in research on currency convertibility, international balance of payment, exchange rate policy, and international capital flow, has written numerous work reports and academics, and participated in the design of a raft of major reform programs of foreign exchange management system from 1994 to 2014. On the afternoon of July 26, 2018, the third session of GLGA Lecture Hall was successfully held at the Innovation and Development Center, Green Legal Global Alliance. Today, we have our keynote speaker here, Liu Guangchao, president of Green Legal Global Alliance, head of the Beijing Docvit Law Firm, and director of the Chinese Economists 50 Forum. Mr. Liu will, from the perspective of entrepreneurs, make a comprehensive analysis on the internal relation between entrepreneurs and lawyers, and share his insights with us: how to establish a healthy partnership, and how to become an entrepreneur in the lawyer industry from the aspects of lawyer and law firm. On the afternoon of June 27, 2018, the second session of GLGA Lecture Hall was successfully held at the Innovation and Development Center, Green Legal Global Alliance. He is the academic member of the School of Economics of Peking University, professor of Department of Environmental Resources and Industrial Economics, doctoral supervisor, and vice dean of Digital China Research Institute of Peking University. Based on the global economic development and the reality of China's development, professor Cao analyzes the current Chinese national economic system by explaining economic indicators, depicts the new picture of China's economy development in the next 3-7 years, and interprets the modern economic system supported by digital technology from multiple perspectives, as well as expressing his exclusive views on the essence and development path of blockchain. On the afternoon of May 31, 2018, the first session of GLGA Lecture Hall was successfully held at the Innovation and Development Center, Green Legal Global Alliance. Mr. Wang Zhongmin, the former vice president of the National Council for Social Security Fund, The People's Republic of China, is our first keynote speaker, who will analyze SPV in all aspects from the perspective of finance, taxation and law by taking a broad international view, and answer some questions raised by guests. Approximately 100 people involved from banks, financial institutions, and institutional associations take part in the event.
