2018 Blue Book of Legal Health of China's Insurance Industry

2018 Blue Book of Legal Health of China's Insurance Industry includes Part I Legal Health Index Report on Insurance Industry and Part II Special Legal Report on Insurance Industry. Among which, the Legal Health Index Report on Insurance Industry is the second report issued by Green Legal Global Alliance (GLGA) after it successfully issued the first Legal Health Index Report on Insurance Industry in 2018. The index can comprehensively and intuitively reflect the overall legal health status of the insurance industry in the past three years. The Special Legal Report on Insurance Industry combines the legal practice in the insurance industry and the insurance funds investment in recent years. It analyzes and interprets the hot spots and difficult problems in the current industry practice from the legal perspective, with a view to provide some advice and suggestions for the legal and compliance development of the insurance industry and the insurance fund application.

On Jan. 14, 2017, Green Legal Global Alliance (GLGA)’s first seminar was held in Beijing DOCVIT Law Firm. Through the analysis and discussion of the new book Private Equity LP, the seminar established such research directions as "Latest development characteristics and trends of private equity LP", "Policy and market outlook on China’s government guiding fund and industry fund", "The effect of financial development of PPP and AMC, etc. on the pattern of PE funds LP" and "Private equity and cross-border M&As". On July 25, 2019, the sixth session of GLGA Lecture Hall was successfully held at the Innovation and Development Center, Green Legal Global Alliance. Today, we have our keynote speaker here, Mr. Guan Tao, doctoral supervisor of economics at Wuhan University, and Dong Furen Endowed Chair professor. He has long been engaged in research on currency convertibility, international balance of payment, exchange rate policy, and international capital flow, has written numerous work reports and academics, and participated in the design of a raft of major reform programs of foreign exchange management system from 1994 to 2014. In this lecture, Mr. Guan Tao will make an exclusive interpretation on trade friction, economic situation and RMB exchange rate.
