On Jan. 14, 2017, Green Legal Global Alliance (GLGA)’s first seminar was held in Beijing DOCVIT Law Firm. Through the analysis and discussion of the new book Private Equity LP, the seminar established such research directions as "Latest development characteristics and trends of private equity LP", "Policy and market outlook on China’s government guiding fund and industry fund", "The effect of financial development of PPP and AMC, etc. on the pattern of PE funds LP" and "Private equity and cross-border M&As". After a lot of discussions and studies, this seminar achieved fruitful results. 

With the theme of “Capital Allocation Strategy, Investment Practice and Management (Strategy, Practice and Operation in short)”, the seminar brought together experts, scholars and industry leaders from the economic circles and the legal circles to discuss how to promote China's financial development and the steady and sound development of its economy.
