On November 13, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources issued the big news. In order to strengthen the overall planning of regional functions and improve the quality of living environment and public services, Beijing will supply residential lands and commercial lands separately when lands enter into the market.
Previously, some residents reflected that in real life, the mixture of commercial and office buildings affected their rest, and that the new policy of separating land supply would effectively address the problem, and consequently ensure a more comfortable living environment.
The reporter learned from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources that in the future, F1 and F2 lands will no longer be supplied in Beijing, and that residential and commercial buildings will be arranged separately before lands enter into the market, in line with the comprehensive implementation plan.
It is said that the policy, based on the specific requirements set out in the new general rules of Beijing, such as "optimizing the urban function and spatial layout", "configuring resources scientifically, and coordinating production, life and ecological space", "focusing on the governance of 'big city disease'", and "enhancing people's sense of gain", responds to the public's demands to enhance their sense of satisfaction, acquisition and happiness.
In accordance with the requirements of the new general rules, the urban planning should be on the strength of actual needs of the masses and improve their living qualities. For this, the Planning Department has conducted an in-depth study on the corresponding specific implementation methods.
In the future, projects involving residential and public mixed lands supplied by the Beijing land market will have a study of the comprehensive implementation plan in advance, focusing on the supporting needs of land parcel areas, and on the integration of land parcels with the surrounding traffic (metro, bus stations, etc.) and the environment (concentrated green lands, etc.). Meanwhile, the layout of public and residential buildings will be of separate arrangement.
